
CHA is justifiably proud of the high quality of our medical care. This year, our board and management have placed equal emphasis on the quality of our customer service, with the goal of providing the best possible overall experience to all our patients.
Staff training and incentives have been oriented to this goal, and in the fall we expect to install a robust phone system upgrade to facilitate new appointments, reminders, and follow-up calls.
